Get ready for an incredible lineup of Thai snacks from our friend Amal. Amal’s cooking is rooted in the Thai-American cooking of his grandmother’s restaurant, the spicy flavors of Chiang Mai, and the midwestern diners he first worked in as a teenager. Amal is always experimenting with new and occasionally odd ingredients and techniques, his food reflecting his diverse background working in classical Italian kitchens, vegetable-driven restaurants, and casual street-style pop-ups.
Snacks will be offered à la carte until sold out. Trust us: you'll want to come hungry for this one!
Four complimentary tickets per membership. Additional tickets may be purchased in advance for $30 per guest. The event includes a tasting of the featured monthly wines. Additional wine and snacks will be available for purchase.
